Special Remarks The pictures are real pictures from 2020 season. The boat was lifted October 2020 and hasn't been launched since then. Last main engines maintenance check was in 2021 The service batteries were bought August 2020 The generator seized working on September 2020 but wasn't checked or fixed. The boat has been always maintained on the go and properly checked and prepare for winterisation. The engine has a total of less than 1800h of use. Regardless the use, the main engine has been annually maintained and winterised. The teak has always been gently washed and its expected to withstand a couple of seasons more. The most worn off parts are aft and sidewalks. The sails, if taken care of and properly winterised will also serve for a couple more years. For safety reasons, in 2018 prior sailing to the Canary Islands, ionian marine was requested to renew keel bolts, blades and fittings. The boat has never been grounded or crashed. Under demanding upwind sailing there can be a leak noticed in skipper's cabin. We have left the salt water marks uncleaned for the next owners to know. All electric connections are in great shape, most of the sea cocks as well. The electric pump for the bilge is working but as checked in 2022 is leaking a bit. Special Note: Excellent construction materials, timeless and elegant design. She is value for money. The last of her kind. In four years she will be a classic and her value will upgrade. Treat her good. She will not let you down!
